About

Hi, I am Komal.

Komal

I started making travel content while working a full-time IT job. What began as documenting trips slowly became a career, a community, and a huge part of who I am now.

I write about solo travel, women's experiences on the road, and the practical, honest things travel teaches you. Not the polished version most itineraries sell.

I left the IT job in 2024 to do this full-time. Since then it has been the writing, the guides, the small group trips, and a business I am building around all of it.

If you find most travel content too polished or too vague, this is the opposite of that. Real trips, real people, and the things I would tell a friend if she asked me where to go next.

Glad you are here.
